If Cinebook ever gets around to translating it, yes! I am a completist and end up buying every book in both French and English. I pre-ordered Oath three months ago, but it has not yet arrived. Will a écrit :I wonder what the names of some of the characters (Silly , Pantry etc...)in The Oath of the 5 Lords will be . You'll report on that too , Sniper ? If ever you intend to buy the book !

What's your opinion on these strange "funny" names , which are , apparently , not apreciated by other english speaking members ?Sniper a écrit :If Cinebook ever gets around to translating it, yes! They are inappropriate and distracting, especially in the case of Lord Toddle. Why give a joke name to a character we see being tortured and murdered? It doesn't make sense. Will a écrit :What's your opinion on these strange "funny" names , which are , apparently , not apreciated by other english speaking members ?Sniper a écrit :If Cinebook ever gets around to translating it, yes! Well , it could make sense , but only if the whole story is conceived as a kind of joke , or even a mockery . Which , in my opinion , is not entirely impossible .Sniper a écrit : It doesn't make sense.
Anyway , let's hope these characters will be given other , more appropriate names in the english version .
Re: Discussion in English
I don't see how what appears to be a fairly straight-forward mystery - even with the weird T.E. Lawrence McGuffin - could be a mockery. Will a écrit :
